This informational meeting is excellent for anyone already on Medicare, anyone approaching Medicare age (turning 65), any spouses and/or children of those on Medicare who help make these types of decisions, and anyone under 65 who is on disability and receiving Medicare benefits as well.
You'll also learn how some qualify to have a lower Part B premium or get "extra help" paying for their prescriptions and/or Part D premiums. Other common questions addressed will be:

*What are "Special Enrollment Periods" and why do some qualify to have these all year long?

The Munster Branch is a convenient, vibrant community center and educational hot spot for residents in the Lake County Public Library District and surrounding areas. This year, over 147,000 people walked through our doors and received wonderful service from the Munster Library staff.
Our library contains library materials for adults, teens and children along with ample seating, a meeting room, program room, WiFi access, public computers and small group rooms.
