Oliver William Staton is an independent filmmaker based in Northwest Indiana. Raised between Japan and the U.S., Oliver brings a sensitivity to cultural diversity and a keen curiosity for exploring the human experience with both depth and humor. His latest film, Places We Knew, premiered at the Academy Award-and BAFTA-qualifying Indy Shorts Film Festival.
